HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
- Call the Duroflex Support Team on +91 9513000868 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org to raise your return request.
- Fill in a simple Duroflex Order Return Form.
- Your return request will be validated and accepted within 24 hrs.
- You will be notified, every step of the way, through email.
- Next, we will be sending you a package with packing material and return documents. This
Zipper Cover – A PVC zipper cover to pack the mattress, This will ensure that the return reaches us undamaged
Waybill – Waybill copies which contain FROM (Your) and TO (Our) address.
Invoice Copy – A physical Invoice copy of your Order.
- Once you receive the packing material, please pack your mattress and stick the Waybill on the zipper cover.
- Hand over the Invoice and other documents to our courier partner.
- Once your return is picked up, we will immediately process your refund. Normally the banks take 7 – 10 days to credit the refund to your account.
